Storms this Past Weekend

Why when things are going well and I am starting to feel good about our financial position do things always go bad and then I have to play the catch up game for the next several months?  The engine went out in my husbands car, needed a new radiator, water pump, all new hoses, etc.  $4,000 later, he has practically a new car, but we took a hit financially trying to get his car back on the road.  But, it was better than having a payment on a new car.  Then some storms roll through the area and late Sunday afternoon a branch fell out of our tree on to the back of my car.
